Night out with the ladies!

Had a funtabulous time with the ladies last Friday night.
It was a fun, awkward, let loose, don't care, laugh out loud, leg cramping, shake here, shake there night.

The evening was spent at Zu's, hours & hours of make up (oh this is just me, the others take minutes, hahaha) & trying this and that and eventually satisfied with the outfit.

The night was spent at that particular place.
And just before the break of dawn, we four ladies made our way home, with Rini singing-out-loud Whitney Houston's "I will always love you" in the car.

We then decided to join in the fun.

It was sooo hilarious!

This girl uh...like drunk like that..but be rest assured, none of us drink any alcoholic drinks.

Saturday evening to night was spent with dear Amin, Zu and Annur.
Went to watch 500 days of Summer, then hang out at our "star gazing" spot.

Train service hiccup...

I reached work slightly before 8am today, which is almost 45 mins late.

No, I did not wake up late.

It was due to the train service.

Yishun station became rather chaotic when the south bound track (train towards Marina Bay from Jurong East) became the track for trains coming from Marina Bay to Jurong East.

After 3 trains, I finally get to board the 'right' train.

Problem solved?

Not quite yet.
The train stayed at every stations for about 5 minutes or so before it closes the door and move on.
Then, somewhere on the track between Yio Chu Kang and Ang Mo Kio, it suddenly halted, jerking fellow train patron.

After 5 minutes, the slow journey continued.

I do not know what happened, but I wish there will be some news explaining the event.

About Facebook-ing

OMG!!!
I finally talked myself into signing up for facebook.
I know, I know..facebook is old news to 95% of the population in the world, but I finally signed up.
Hey this's what they say, "Better now then never", whoever these they might be.

Ok as you may know, I am relatively new to this facebook, so I'll need time to familiarise myself with this application.
Like I've said, I can be a gundu at times.
No wait, make it most of the time.

I don't know why but I'm kinda excited now that I've created an account.
Hahaha..

Raya-ing with them

Went Raya-ing with the Shells group ( I have no idea why that name, so don't ask) on Saturday.
It started around 12nn and ended really late at close to 2am.

My house was scheduled second.

Bless mum for helping me cook all the delicious dishes.

While waiting for the dishes to be served, the boys gobbled down a fistful of cookies that I baked.
Even said they wana order it for next year raya.
To which I replied, umm ya ok.. (but hopefully they won't cos I do not think I've the time and I'm plain lazy).

Anddddddd.... I touched and caressed (is that even a proper word to describe it? Somehow, it sounds so wrong) a CAT!
Yup a CAT!
I'm really scared of them but this year I told Amin that I wana touch Wandy's cat when we go over his place.
And I did!
Yey!
I do not have a picture to prove it though.
But I really did touch & caressed a CAT!
Not lying hor...hahaha.

Happy Childrens' Day!

Happy Childrens' Day to all!

My schedule was jam packed yesterday.

Charity event- Project care, followed by Childrens' Day games & concert.

Charity event- Project care.
Every pupils in the school participated in this historic school event.
It started half an hour shortly after school mornig assembly.
Pupils together with form teachers, formed a 'Human Chain' from the school canteen to Kwang Wai Shui Hospital & Nursing Home.
Over 800 parcels of goodies were passed from one pupil to another till it reached the nursing home.

It was a very memorable event and an exciting one too. Pupils, especially lower primary were the most enthusiastic.
It was a tiring yet fun and worthy event.
